We went the next day and then guided me through the entire process. We probably wouldn't have gotten the house without Susan's help. She also made sure all items that needed correcting after the inspection were completed. And she did it all with a smile. She was also very patient with me.

Susan did such a great job going the "Coming Soon" route, there were two offers on the first day and my house sold in three days.
