Buyer reviewWhen I saw this property online I got in touch with Susan and told her I wanted to see the property. She said, let's go. We went the next day and then guided me through the entire process. We probably wouldn't have gotten the house without Susan's help. She also made sure all items that needed correcting after the inspection were completed. And she did it all with a smile. She was also very patient with me.

Seller reviewSusan sold me the house and, although I got postcards from other agents, I was not choosing another agent than Susan Hill!! Susan did such a great job going the "Coming Soon" route, there were two offers on the first day and my house sold in three days. I trusted Susan's knowledge, integrity, and professionalism completely. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get my house sold!! I would actually characterize my experience with Susan Hill as beyond excellent.

Seller reviewSusan was tenacious in selling our condo! There were so many for sale in our complex and ours didn't have a water view but she worked every angle to show it in a good light! She is an excellent communicator. We have now bought two properties through Susan and sold one with her. It's safe to say Susan is great to work with-she really goes the extra mile!
