We had to do most of this purchase from 3,000 miles away as we were moving from CA to MD on a military change of station. Christine and Andy Shemeta made the process absolutely seamless. They were prompt with all paperwork and kept us informed on everything with continuous communication! We were under contract on a previous home before this one and had to back out due to a misrepresentation of the property by the listing agent (not C21). Christine and Andy were really supportive during this process and fought for us to have our earnest money deposit returned. We were extremely pleased with the dedication they showed us!
When we placed the first offer on our house, Christine and Andy were very realistic with us and encouraged us to not get our hopes up. We appreciated this, as we haven't always had this experience! Despite a very short bidding situation, our offer was accepted and we are now in a dream house that is perfect for our family!
