Buyer reviewSusan Timm was highly recommended by our daughter and her husband. She immediately welcomed us to the area and informed us about the outlying towns and amenities. She regularly sent us possibly properties to view and told us in more detail of possible problems with them. When we wanted to make an offer on a property she immediately wrote up the offer and went over it in detail with us. Susan was the one who found our home as soon as it was listed. We fell in love with it and knew it was what we were looking for. Susan moved quickly to write up our offer that night. She helped us decide on an appropriate offer price. We were pleased with Susan's intuition, and knowledge with this deal and we had a house that very evening. Susan also helped us contacting a reliable inspector, locksmith and movers. She has been very helpful, kind, patient and professional. We would highly recommend her.
