We met Susan Walters when we were searching for a seasonal rental in 2016. At the time we made clear that we were not ready to purchase, but she remained helpful in securing seasonal rentals in 2017, 2018 and 2019. We particularly appreciated that she addressed our buying questions, even though it was far in advance of our decision to finally buy a property. In the buying process she remained ever helpful, and it is worth noting that we live out-of-state and finalized the purchase without ever seeing the property in-person. At one critical point in the buying process, circumstances prevented Susan from being locally available and she engaged a business partner on our behalf that permitted the buying process to go forward seamlessly. I think there is one more property purchase in our future in Susan's market. We hold Susan in high personal and professional regard and will undoubtedly ask her to guide us through that purchase process as well.

Susan Walters is an exceptional real estate agent!! When we talked with another agent who used to serve this area, Susan was THE realtor he recommended to help us. She stayed on top of all details throughout the buying process, and we were particularly impressed by her consistent timely communications with us as out-of-state buyers. Whenever we needed her, she was there! She was our local representative in every way, coordinating not only with the inspector, sellers' agent and title company, but she also coordinated with our daughter, who lives an hour away and was involved in helping us find the property. She was available whenever we or our daughter had questions or needed information. She did a video-chat walk thru a couple times for us at our request and was very helpful in communicating with the sellers' agent, which in our case really helped keep the purchase on track. Susan has a great personality and is very likeable and kind, which is important when negotiating with other folks.
