I found her to be extremely pleasant to deal with and appreciated the care she took in finding the right fit for both my parents. Also, both transactions went very smoothly. When I had to sell my fathers manor recently following his passing, there was no doubt in my mind that Susan would be the best agent to work with. She was very sensitive to the circumstances, and once again, very efficient in each step of the process. I was looking to purchase in Laguna Woods contingent on me selling my previous home in Orange County. I found her to be very professional ( efficient, resourcesful, punctual and knowledgeable). She provided me with the proper resources to obtain information regarding purchasing requirements specific to Laguna Woods. She worked with me showing me various properties based on my needs.
