She's very professional in knowing how to show properties remotely to an out of towner. She is very quick and responsive. She follows up. She's respectful. You may think these are basic traits of every realtor, but unfortunately they are not. Susan's professionalism sets her apart from some other agents I have dealt with. She (and the firm too) can handle a persnickety client (me).

She is so highly responsive! I ask a question and she immediately gets back to me. She is the best of the best!!! Susan really knows pricing in Laguna Woods so she was able to quickly spot this gem of a condo. She also has a deep understanding of what is the responsibility of the seller, buyer and the HOA, which has been so helpful!! After escrow closed, she brought toilet paper, paper towels and stocked our fridge with beer and water... what more could we ask for!!
