Seller reviewSusan was wonderful to work with. She was respectful that I was grieving the loss of a loved one and gave me the time I needed before placing the condo on the market. Once it was listed, she communicated with me regularly and made everything run smoothly. She went above and beyond to help me get the property ready to sell. She is very knowledgeable of the Laguna Woods market. I would highly recommend her.

Buyer reviewShe has walked the Camino de Santiago as a pilgrim, which informs me that she has the ability to persevere in the face of difficulties, and the will power to focus and stay on task. She's very professional in knowing how to show properties remotely to an out of towner. She is very quick and responsive. She follows up. She's respectful. You may think these are basic traits of every realtor, but unfortunately they are not. Susan's professionalism sets her apart from some other agents I have dealt with. She (and the firm too) can handle a persnickety client (me).

Buyer reviewSusan is amazing! She knows Laguna Woods so well, which has been super important during the purchase process - especially with Covid! She was able to recommend fantastic contractors. She is so highly responsive! I ask a question and she immediately gets back to me. She is the best of the best!!! Susan really knows pricing in Laguna Woods so she was able to quickly spot this gem of a condo. She also has a deep understanding of what is the responsibility of the seller, buyer and the HOA, which has been so helpful!! After escrow closed, she brought toilet paper, paper towels and stocked our fridge with beer and water... what more could we ask for!!

Buyer reviewWe met Susan Walters when we were searching for a seasonal rental in 2016. At the time we made clear that we were not ready to purchase, but she remained helpful in securing seasonal rentals in 2017, 2018 and 2019. We particularly appreciated that she addressed our buying questions, even though it was far in advance of our decision to finally buy a property. In the buying process she remained ever helpful, and it is worth noting that we live out-of-state and finalized the purchase without ever seeing the property in-person. At one critical point in the buying process, circumstances prevented Susan from being locally available and she engaged a business partner on our behalf that permitted the buying process to go forward seamlessly. I think there is one more property purchase in our future in Susan's market. We hold Susan in high personal and professional regard and will undoubtedly ask her to guide us through that purchase process as well.

Buyer reviewSusan Walters is an exceptional real estate agent!! When we talked with another agent who used to serve this area, Susan was THE realtor he recommended to help us. She stayed on top of all details throughout the buying process, and we were particularly impressed by her consistent timely communications with us as out-of-state buyers. Whenever we needed her, she was there! She was our local representative in every way, coordinating not only with the inspector, sellers' agent and title company, but she also coordinated with our daughter, who lives an hour away and was involved in helping us find the property. She was available whenever we or our daughter had questions or needed information. She did a video-chat walk thru a couple times for us at our request and was very helpful in communicating with the sellers' agent, which in our case really helped keep the purchase on track. Susan has a great personality and is very likeable and kind, which is important when negotiating with other folks. We think she is awesome, and if you choose to use her as your real agent, you'll not be disappointed!! Can't recommend her strongly enough!!
