Suzanne was extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to helping us find that perfect home and answer all of the questions we had. She also anticipated and educated us on things we never even inquired about and that was a relief to know she was always looking out for us. Seller reviewSuzanne Gilson was the best real estate agent we could imagine! She sold our large 4 bedroom 4 bath house on 16 acres in one day for over asking price! She was extremely helpful in every way right from the beginning in helping us develop our sales strategy. Then came the fire, water and septic inspections and even though we failed the fire and septic tests initially, she quickly helped us figure out excellent solutions to help us pass and keep our sales contract intact. She was able to provide us with all of the information we needed and was available at all times. Her computer skills were very impressive. She helped us complete our home sale so efficiently that our retirement is now going to be much better thanks to the extra funds we recieved! We could not be happier with the professionalism and effort Suzanne Gilson demonstrated on our behalf!
