Buyer reviewI walked into Sailloft Realty and was greeted by Suzanne. She was so helpful from the start. She offered me maps, gave me driving instructions to see homes that fit into my desires and set up a time that she could meet me and my husband to look at homes. Suzanne knows her community so very well, She advised us on a loan officer, a home inspector, and an attorney all of whom have been most professional and thourough. Suzanne's office got us located into a rental cottage while our home was in escrow. Everyone worked together to make certain our home purchase and relocation went smoothly. My husband mentioned to me this morning that Suzanne has become more than a real estate agent, she has become a valued friend in our new town. And all of that in just a month. I will strongly recommend Suzanne to my family and friends.

Buyer reviewWhile looking for a home in the Oriental NC area, we needed to find someone with local knowledge and who could listen to our concerns and provide us with information that was accurate and allowed us to make the correct decision. Suzanne was up to this task, she was very friendly and on point and timely with delivering information. She was a great listener and watched our reactions to each property we looked at which helped us navigate through the different options. Through this process we were able to collect the necessary information to make an informed decision. Towards the end, Suzanne really was a friend more than an agent and someone we could trust.
