From the first correspondence I had with Suzanne, her professionalism, knowledge of the area and experience were evident. She was more than accommodating, friendly and helpful. She understood exactly what my family was looking for and was diligent in her persuit for our new home. I intend to contact Suzanne again for future endeavors.

Because my husband and I lived so far away from the areas we were looking in, and because of the nature of our own professional obligations, we were pressed for time, and frequently needed (or wanted) a great deal of work from Suzanne Gwaltney, and from her firm. Often on very short notice, and at inconvenient times. Because we are also both very detail oriented, and hands on, we also wanted some things outside of the usual parameters of property hunting. This firm always came through. My husband and I had been looking to purchase property, for eventual relocation to North Once, for over a year before we met Suzanne Gwaltney. We had been looking in several distinct geographical areas, and had to various extents, worked with, I believe, nine or ten Real Estate Agents in various parts of North and South Carolina. We are both attorneys, with in excess of thirty years of professional experience (including the field of Real Estate, albeit not in the Carolinas) Suzanne Gwaltney is, without question, the finest professional in her field that either of us have worked with.

Both my husband and I are attorneys, both with over thirty years of professional experience. As such, we have dealt with countless other Real Estate firms and individuals in the same line of work as Suzanne Gwaltney - although neither of us had any prior experience in North Carolina. Having spent six months working with Ms. Gwaltney, we are both of the opinion that she is the finest professional in this field that either of us have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Her firm is equally excellent. And I should also note that neither of us are easy people to deal with, both being very 'type A" people. Ms. Gwaltney's excellence is not simply her thorough professional knowledge of her market, but also her ability to listen, to discern what her clients want and need (often more clearly than the clients, in our case), her skill at negotiation, but also her unflinching honesty - without ever giving offense. Not only did this profession consistently provide invaluable advice and guidance, she did so - on more than one occasion - in direct opposition to her own economic interests. She is a consumate professional, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her care, advice and good counsel did not end when both sales were over - she has gone out of her way to assist us in making a home in North Carolina. Her firm - every member that we met - is equally excellent. This is, truly, and extraordinary team. Lest whoever may read this think me prone to gushing, I should perhaps conclude with the facts that, prior to having worked with Ms. Gwaltney I did NOT have a positive opinion of Real Estate Agents or firms in general. Nor am I easily impressed.And I have not, in thirty years, ever taken the time to write a 'review', so to speak, of any other professional. Quite simply, if you are consdering a move to this part of the world, you cannot do better than to work with this woman and with her firm.
