Suzanne Parisi entered the world of real estate in 2004. In her first year as a Realtor, Suzanne was recognized as a member of the "Multi- Million Dollar Sales Club" by the Northern Virginia Board of Realtors, a recognition she has received every year since. In 2010 Suzanne further distinguished herself by being honored with membership in the Lifetime Top Producer Club.
Suzanne holds several real estate certifications including Luxury Homes Specialist and Certified Relocation Specialist. She has also been trained and certified by Cartus Relocation Services, the world's largest relocation firm that handles corporate employee moves around the world.
Suzanne graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bentley University in Waltham, MA. Upon graduation, Suzanne embarked on an 11- year award winning career in outside sales. Working with an internationally known company Suzanne interacted with everyone from corporate executives to independent, locally owned shop owners.
In 2001, Suzanne and her family made the big move to Reston VA as a result of a relocation for her husband's job. She was an active member of the local community, the PTA and the Boosters. As the mother of two children, that have attended and excelled in the public schools, she understands the needs and concerns of parents of school-aged children.
Suzanne's business is largely based on referrals from past, satisfied clients. With a proven track record of excellence in customer satisfaction Suzanne has been recognized as one of Washingtonian Magazine's Best Realtors from 2015 - 2024.
After a long and successful career in Higher Education with Ed Tech and Information Industry companies, Ron Parisi partnered with his Award-Winning REALTOR wife, Suzanne Parisi, to further the growth and expansion of the successful real estate business she began in 2004. Ron, who holds an MBA from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA., brings extensive sales and management experience to this dynamic husband and wife team.

Seller reviewSusan Parisi brings finesse to the program of home sales. It is a subtle matter of profound importance: Susan knows her profession, her colleagues in the profession, and the meaning and effect of small decisions on big decisions by buyers. She SOLD our house; it did not simply go on the market and bump into a buyer. A big part of Susan's effectiveness is the team of skilled workers she brings with her to the job of preparing a home for sale. THEY also are skilled at home prep and presentation. I THOUGHT we understood prep and presentation, but we knew NOTHING. Susan and her team made our home sing. After prep, we kinda wanted to keep the house ourselves. As well, Susan's knowledge of our community and its homes is a gift to the seller. Another realtor with less experience with these properties would begin at a disadvantage that would not become apparent until too late--after a potential sale was lost because of an unanticipated surprise for which Susan is already knowledgeable and prepared with history and explanation.

Seller reviewSuzanne was a pleasure to work with even during trying times selling a home during less than ideal market conditions (COVID-19.) She was very patient and helped us coordinate showings while working from home and made it possible for us to sell our home quickly. All in all, she made the process very smooth and alleviated a lot of stress over selling a home with everything else going on. Thanks Suzanne!

Seller reviewWe had originally intended to attempt a For Sale By Owner, but weren't sure we were equipped for it. We spoke to 2 other realtors besides Suzanne, but there was no comparison between them. Suzanne's knowledge and professionalism were hands down the best we heard. Her marketing was outstanding, and the quality of the photos, video, and brochure were amazing. It was a pleasure working with her at every step of the sale.

Suzanne Parisi hired only the best of supporting cast. Suzanne Parisi was available to us at all stages of the sale. She's clearly a busy agent, but no matter what else she was involved in, I felt like I was her only client. Suzanne Parisi was the best advocate we could have had in this process. She was graceful and patient under pressure, strong in her dealings with the buyers' agent, and extremely well-connected in a variety of professional networks. As a result, we got a very quick sale at our asking price. I have already recommended her to friends and neighbors.

Seller reviewPrior to hiring Suzanne I attempted to prepare the house for sale myself with poor results. I had purchased my new house and with three dogs it was difficult being at the house with work being performed. Not being there became a major problem when contractors I thought I could trust violated this trust. Suzanne stepped in and managed the entire process for me, from identifying what work needed to be accomplished, to finding contractors, negotiating good prices, listing the house, negotiating with potential buyers agents, etc. The amount of stress she saved me from was tremendous, while saving me money on repairs and upgrades and getting me a reasonable price under less then ideal conditions (e.g., sales and prices declining).
