I grew up in Northern California and upon starting a family migrated here to the foothills where I enjoy raising my girls. With 16 years of Licensed experience, I love helping people turn the page and begin a new chapter in their lives, whether that's Buying or Selling. When I am not selling property, I love to cook and take advantage of everything life has to offer. Outdoors is a year-round passion, I enjoy horseback riding, am an avid fisher(wo)man, hunter (Archery and Rifle) and softball Mom to daughters Journey, Erickah and Brooklyn. As part of Century 21's team, I take advantage of all the tools and marketing a big Corporate world affords, yet I'm still a small-town girl at heart and offer one-on-one personal commitment that turns most clients into friends. I'm so thankful I met Tale'a Viscarra through associates at my work. She has a strong work ethic and is really down to earth and has a great personality. We were contacted by Tale'a when we requested to see a house online. My wife and I were immediately impressed by her level of professionalism, knowledge, and patience with us. Altogether, we were looking for a house off and on for about a year and a half. Tale'a worked incredibly hard to help us find a house that was a good fit. It only took as long as it did because we started looming before we were ready to buy. As first time homebuyers, we didnt understand the process, but Tale'a did a phenomenal job explaining the process so we could understand. Tale'a showed is a house that was a little bit beyond our priceline, but we are so happy she did. She helped us negotiate the house down almost $20,000, and helped us with every part of the escrow. The most impressive part about working with Tale'a was her vast network of professionals. Through her network, we found a great deal on home insurance, home inspections, pest inspections, roofing contractors, electricians, etc. We ended up not needing the help, but she also had contacts to help with movers and other services. Altogether, Tale'a made the process as seamless as possible and the escrow went very smoothly. I cannot recommend Tale'a enough. She will be my first call when we decide to buy or sell in the future.

Tale'a Viscarra made it clear that she was here for us and our needs. She did not tell us that a contingent loan was impossible like other brokers had. At one point, she told us that everything in real estate is negotiable which was comforting to hear. She understood that selling and buying a home is not something we do often. She had patience with us and answered all of our questions.November 2017
For the sell of our previous home and purchase of our current, Tale'a did anything and everything to help us out and take care of business efficiently. She offered professional advice while allowing us to make our own decisions. We went on a vacation during escrow and she made sure that everything was in place. We were able to relax and be stress free while away. She was ALWAYS available and worked with our schedule. Even after our home closed, she made sure that we were up and running comfortably.
Tale'a was absolutely amazing and we will be referring her/using her for our next home purchase.

Tale'a Viscarra was above and beyond helpful, understanding, and professional during the entire process. She did her absolute best, and when best wasn't enough she would do better to ensure that our deal went through. Throughout each step in our home buying process she very clearly communicated everything that was happening, so as first time home buyers we could actually understand it all! Tale'a found us our dream home on the first day of looking and everyday afterwards she would make herself available to handle all of our needs, questions, or concerns (although there weren't very many!). To top it all off, after delivering our keys, she and our wonderful mortgage consultant coordinated a surprise celebration at our new home to truly ring in the excitement and reality of what felt like a dream come true. All in all, Tale'a's performance was flawless and we will never have to look for another Realtor!!
