Tami came to CENTURY 21 Lakeside Realty with many years of real estate experience. She had been a licensed real estate agent in Pittsburgh, PA before moving with her husband and three sons to East Palestine, OH in the mid 90's. Since moving to Ohio, she obtained her certification to appraise real estate, and worked as a certified residential appraiser for approximately 8 years.

Buyer reviewHaving dealt with Tami as a landlord, she showed a high level of proffesionalism, yet a very personable person, in which makes her the perfect realtor for us. She kept us updated on all new houses on the market. Once we chose a house, she reinsured all of the steps went smooth for us. Will definitely reccomend her! During the beginning steps of our home purchase, multiple inspections were required, Tami made sure she was at every one of them to ensure they went accordingly. Her home inspection knowledge is very impressive, and great to have available.

Seller reviewI have known Tami for a long period of time, her ethics and caring nature certainly influenced my decision in hiring her. This was a unique property to sell, it was my parents home and we had recently put my mom in a nursing home. I never thought that we would be able to get a sale price over 80k, Tami did present an offer within the 1st five showing the initial offer was in the low 80's while I was willing to jump, Tami calmed me down and sure enough the same seller came back with an offer of 90k Again I was so nervous with getting this home sold, since we were on a time frame with a nursing home. I feel that Tami went above and beyond with getting in contact with Job and Family Services regarding the approval of the sale. Again, Tami Harris made the sale of this property extremely easy
