I initially spoke to another relator from another agency recommended by a friend. I received impression of a limited marketing plan which included only 1 or 2 photos for listing & very conservative listing price. Tammy Elliott was open to more aggressive marketing plan, including using virtual staging, and she suggested the higher listing price, which ultimately was the price accepted for the property.
I moved out of state prior to the listing going live resulting in Tammy needing to handle the majority tasks needed to complete the sale. There was a 2 hour time difference between us. I had a question about an item in an offer & called her @ 7 pm my time, 9 pm her time. She went back to the office to find the answer. I was impressed because I expected her to tell me should would respond back in the morning. Thanks to her effects, the transaction was seamlessly completed.
