Tammy King is knowledgeable and understanding, and I was particularly grateful that she was always readily available to speak with throughout the process. For the home I closed on, I requested a showing for 8pm earlier that afternoon, and she was willing to meet with me despite such short notice at a late hour. I don't think I would have been able to close on this house if she had not been willing to meet me there by that time and immediately extend an offer on it. In addition to helping me through the buying process, Tammy has continued to be helpful and supportive even after closing was completed.
