Buyer reviewWe first met Tammy about three years ago when our home buying adventure started. She was friendly and knowledgeable in every aspect of the way she was always available to talk or show us each and every property that we were interested in. We became good friends in the process she was great with our children and kept them occupied so Sylvia and I had no distractions while we looked at each property we viewed. When we ran into bumps along the way she encouraged us and helped us stay focused on our objective and be patient we would get to where we wanted to be. When we restarted our adventure she was more than ready to help us every step of the way from guiding us to the wonderful people at SWBC for our financing needs which was an excellent choice. We needed someone who was transparent about the purchase process and great with communication with us and with working with the selling agent and she went above and beyond. Any question we asked her she could answer and she even anticipated some questions we didnt know to ask and still gave us all the information we needed to make informed decisions through out the whole purchasing process. We have a 2 year old who went to all of the showings with us and is a handful, Tammy was great at helping to entertain him so we could really see the houses, our 2 year old loved her. We will definitely work with Tammy again and will recommend her to others.

Buyer reviewTammy was completely dedicated to helping us find the right home for us. The search took almost 2 years and covered most of the western half of Virginia. Tammy knew the region well and must have driven a thousand miles and showed us multiple homes and land options. She was very patient with us, and put in several offers to purchase properties. On the home we purchased, she showed it to us a couple times, and it was over an hour drive from her office. She negotiated a price we were comfortable with and was able to include equipment on site to help maintain the land. She is friendly and patient. She was very knowledgeable of the entire process and guided us through the transaction very professionally. I would certainly use her services again and recommend her to family and friends.
