We randomly went to an Open House where we encountered Tammy Tingle for the first time. Her knowledge of the area, her ability to listen, her personal warmth and her overall approach to our inquiries and purchasing timeframe were impressive. She helped us identify our needs, and then dovetailed our home requirements into the homes we toured. Because we are relocating from another state, we needed advice and direction with Florida Real Estate Guidelines and local practices. Tammy's knowledge of these important requirements was impressive. Her referral network is vast and each of her recommended parties was equally impressive. With Tammy Tingle, we were in capable and talented hands throughout the entire transaction. We never considered going with anyone else. We have experienced other realtors.. and also dealt with Tammy on a previous transaction. There is no comparison. When we decided to purchase in the Fernandina area.. we knew we would be working with Tammy. Because we were a bit of a distance away - Tammy stepped in to handle things for us throughout the purchase. She arranged for multiple showings on a day that we could get here, and was able to share her in depth knowledgeable of the area in finding and choosing what homes might be a good fit for us. She helped us put together a good offer, and also took care of ordering the inspection, being there for it, and negotiating needed fixes. Tammy kept us informed every step of the way! Even during a trip to Disney... she took the time to answer my text questions! Tammy provided the best real estate experience we have ever had. She is knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, and goes the extra 10 miles for her clients. I will ALWAYS recommend Tammy to anyone looking to buy or sell in her area. Our only regret is that she didn't handle the sale of our former home as well because of distance.
