I was raised on the South Side of Youngstown and have made my career in the retail and restaurant management industry, which has primed me for the transition to the challenging world of real estate. I share my life with my wonderful wife and three boys. In my free time, I have donated many hours to outdoor youth groups and enjoy providing a moral compass to the leaders of our future.

We had initially started our search with the help of Maggie Garland (who was also nothing short of wonderful to work with!) early on in the search for our home she brought on the help of Ted, from the first day of him helping us we knew that it would be a good fit for us. Ted was always very understanding and easy to work with, he was always willing to work around our schedules and had no problem with showing us houses later in the day after work or before work. His knowledge and experience really helped us out a lot too. He would see certain things that no one else would ever notice and be the first to point those out to us. He is very familiar with the Youngstown and surrounding areas which for us was also a plus. he would give good food, recreation, and other activities. Overall I would recommend Ted and Maggie to anyone looking to buy a home. Both of them are highly experienced and very good at what they do!

He is very patient and will not pressure. He showed us many homes before we found our home that God finally told us in our hearts was right!
