I was raised on the South Side of Youngstown and have made my career in the retail and restaurant management industry, which has primed me for the transition to the challenging world of real estate. I share my life with my wonderful wife and three boys. In my free time, I have donated many hours to outdoor youth groups and enjoy providing a moral compass to the leaders of our future.

We did not know the market value of the property but Ted's recommendation on pricing of the property was right where the property would sell. We put the property on the market on a Wednesday and we had multiple offers to pick from 4 days later and realtors were still calling after we were under contract asking if they could see the property.
