Buyer reviewTed went far beyond my expectations! Since I was heading back north and wanted to close fast, but had out of town Dr. visits scheduled, Ted handled everything quickly for me. When I had some concerns about inspection results he thought outside the box and kept things going. I would definitely recommend Ted to my friends and you would be making a great move having Ted in your corner.

He went to several different homes in several different cities and took many pictures for us and provided very precise descriptions of those homes to us in order to aid us in buying a home in FL while we resided in MI. Not an easy thing to do. We bought the house solely from the pics and description he provided. Ted was very helpful and professional when it came to handling the paperwork. He was able to turn the paper work from the title company into digital forms that we could sign through Email. Also, Ted Trawick showed up for us and let the inspectors in as we currently live in Michigan and had no way of doing so. He was there when the power was turned on to ensure that there was no problems with water, lights etc when they were turned on.
