Seller reviewTed Traywick noticed the property he moved into next door was vacant right away. He found and sent out direct mailing to my Denver address. He was very accessable and knowlegable regarding my questions of the local market. He gave tips and advice on how to make the property more saleable. Every part of the transaction from listing to closing was seamless. He was also vary patient with my busy schedule in Denver. Our first offer went to full price on counter and sold immediately after that. Great job from start to finish!!
