Buyer reviewThe first time Ted showed us homes, he was very attentive to listen to us and to pay attention during discussions of likes and dislikes. He worked so hard for us, but due to my sister-Trustee being out of town for a couple months, things fell thru. Because of his professionalism and genuine care , I let him know that next time, we WOULD be using him only!!! My sister was near brutal on details but there he sat with us at closing.....we will be eternally thankful for his abilities and his amazing patience . Because of our experience with him, we wouldn't ever refer anyone to a different company! Sincerely, Donna K. Carpenter Long distance is a real bugger bear, but Ted made it happen for us! :) If this man can keep up with my sister and her requirements to detail ,etc. , Ted has abilities that have astounded me.! It is because of these reasons why we chose him the second time! We deeply want to thank you for being so gracious to our little dogs...they are our babies, you allowed them into the office while doing lengthy paperwork...even brought a bowl of water. That says volumes for a company!

He offered help with obtaining inspections and working with our lender. He could not have been better. He was very patient and calm when we needed his support. We could not have selected a better agent than Ted. We were very pleased with his performance and will certainly recommend him to our friends and family.

Dora in our price range. Even when we were out bided by investors in our initial offer, Ted always comforted, reassured, and motivated us throughout the process. His persistence, determination, and diligent research of the market landed us at our dream house, a few blocks away from the Mt. Dora downtown area. Ted was also very responsive, returning my emails, texts or phone calls immediately. He was always keeping track of the steps in the process, giving us updates, and guiding us through everything.
