Seller reviewAs we listed out home the market really changed. Due to rising interest rates the pool of buyers got really small. Ted Whyte did a great job helping us make good improvements to the property, navigate price changes, and communicating prospective buyer feedback. He took the time to understand our needs and situation. His knowlage of the market and relationships with other realtors helped us have good expectations. If you want an agent that will communicate, work hard and care, Ted Whyte's your guy.
