Teresa Franklin worked many hours to ensure our home sale and closing was completed as planned. We were flying into Dallas and returning as scheduled for maximum timeliness. We could not be present for all work items. Teresa arranged for upgrades/repairs to be performed prior to having an open house or showings. Teresa kept us updated on showings and offers promptly. Teresa guided us when we had questions or decisions. We recommend Teresa to our neighbors in the Dallas area.
