Seller reviewThis is the third time we've used Teri for buying or selling real estate and we continue to be impressed with her. She is polite, professional, friendly, etc. but most of all she is excellent at communicating. Even when there isn't a whole lot of information to share, she continues to communicate. This is extremely important when selling or buying a house because it can be very stressful and just knowing what is or is not going on with the listing helps to relieve that stress. She is also very tenacious with obtaining information from the other agents involved, which is also very important to us. Teri definitely works very hard for her buyers and sellers. We would highly recommend her for either buying or selling real estate.

Buyer reviewI can't say enough about how happy we are to have used Teri's services for purchasing a home. She is very detail-oriented and has excellent follow-through skills. If she says she's going to do something, she does it and she does it in a timely fashion. Her communication skills throughout the entire buying process were the best I've ever experienced. She was constantly in touch with us about what was going on and when things were going to take place. She really did make the whole transaction very seamless! I highly recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling a home. We will definitely be using her services again in the future.

Seller reviewShe listened to what I wanted and made an effort to find the home exactly for me. Teri was extremely professional and helped me with the process of buying and selling. She was always available if I had questions.

Seller reviewWe were not permanent residence and Teri would go in and turn the lights on, open the drapes and shades. Also take shades off of upholstered furniture. Then after showing she would back and reverse the procedures. Which was a lot of work. We appreciated her kindness and hope to send her a referral. I will miss her.
