Buyer reviewWe connected with Terri through a house we looked at on Zillow, we didn't know any realtors. She reached out and was immediately on it. My wife and I met with her individually on separate occasions and her knowledge of the Puna District is incredible. She lives here and raised her family here, she's definitely the person you want as an agent if you are moving here with a family and want to get a good vibe of the area. Terri is responsive, knows her stuff and get things done. We highly recommend her.

We just closed on our new home, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the exceptional service she provided every step of the way. Buying a home can be a challenge, but buying one in Hawaii while not even on the island adds an entirely new layer of complexity. From navigating the unique market nuances, to dealing with different time zones for showings and inspections, and even the sheer competitive nature of the Hawaiian real estate market. Terri was incredibly patient, answering all of our questions (and there were many!). She was always responsive; keeping us informed and updated every step of the way, which was so important when we couldn't be there in person. We truly felt like she was more than a partner in this process, always looking out for our best interests, before and after the deal.
