This was my first time purchasing a home, and she was patient and understanding she took the time to make sure I had all the information, and knowledge to make the right decision for me and my family. She was super responsive and went over any concerns I had. She went over and beyond what was required and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market for purchasing or selling a home.

It was important to me that Terri Bobian had knowledge of the rental market. She also referred me to an excellent house inspector. He was very thorough and gave me great peace of mind that nothing was overlooked. She also referred me to a contractor to assist me in determining the costs of repairs that were necessary. This is my 4th home buying experience with Terri and I have had nothing but very positive experiences. I would have no reason to even consider using another agent or brokerage. She is very knowledgeable of the market and has a very clear understanding of what I look for in a house. As always, Terri got me the house I wanted due to her negating skills. So far, she is 4 - 0! We had looked at several houses until I was satisfied with this particular property. We made what I thought was a very solid offer but I was worried it may be beat out by another offer, since there were others coming in that same day. Terri suggested that I do an escalation clause, offering to go slightly higher than any other offer that comes in, up to a certain point. I loved the suggestion since I was not willing to loose the house due to price, especially since it was substantially below the price point I was willing to pay. Our offer was accepted and it was 100% due to her suggestion of doing the escalation clause. She also said it would appraise fine for what we offered, and it did. It was an easy process all the way to the closing table. Terri is so easy to work with. It's really a fun process that I look forward to doing again soon. I always trust that she is very knowledgeable about trends in the market and what it takes to properly represent her client. If she says it, I know I can take it to the bank! I can be very demanding, especially when it comes to being timely or with clear communication. I never have concerns with Terri. She is always approachable, professional and very patient in answering my many questions. She is a true professional and a real joy to work with! Terri's negotiating skills are amazing! I've not only seen this with the properties that I have personally purchased but also with other properties that she has assisted my employees with. She was able to put a substantial amount of money back in their pockets!
