After coming to Siouxland from the hectic life in the big city, I quickly learned to slow down and appreciate the things in life that really matter, such as family, friends, neighbors, pets and all other things that revolve around our home. I absolutely love my role in real estate and wouldn't trade it for the world. Over the years I have worked with many first time buyers, first time sellers and those families looking to find their forever home. I enjoy working with those that are relocating to the area as well, since I can relate to the challenges of buying or selling a home and relocating to a new city.
I understand and appreciate the importance of curb and personal appeal while showing a property and absolutely love introducing a family to their new home! Seller reviewTerri Bobian is a PRO! I would highly recommend her to anyone I know because of her work ethic. I'm not sure she ever takes a day off. If she didn't answer her phone for some reason we always got a quick response. Same thing with email, she's is always right on top of things. If you're looking for a realtor ask for Terri Bobian!

After viewing a few homes in the Northside area my dream house came on the market. Within an hour of me reaching out we were viewing what I now call home. This sale was a sit on the edge of your seat deal. With two bids in and a contingency to sell she was able to work great under pressure and time constraints. Buyer reviewTerri did very well, she deal with the issues of the VA loan and the complexity of a less than forthright sellers agent. I appreciated her drive to get the deal closed. I liked hat she was well versed in the requirements for a South Dakota loan and real estate transaction. She handled the fact that my spouse and I were collocates with ease. She made a great effort in marking my wife feel happy with the location and provided a lot of information for relocating.
