As a Realtor with more than 20 years of Real Estate experience and having lived here in the Middle Georgia area since 1996 and raising my children here. I enjoy working with my Clients, helping them exceed all of their Real Estate needs. I have received the Quality Service Award yearly since 2012, The Emerald Award and The Ruby Award several times for my production. I received Rookie of the Year my first year in Real Estate and am a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club. With a Degree in Architectural Technology, I truly love working in the residential field as well as investment property. I believe in being completely honest and fair in every situation and this is an extension of the CENTURY 21 philosophy; which is delivering a gold standard of excellence to all of my clients. I truly care about my clients and treat them as if they were close friends or family members. Because of this philosophy, I have happy, loyal customers and a wonderful referral business from those who've done business with me in the past.

She made my wife, daughter, and I feel as if she had known us for years, but I actually me her through calling her whilst I was still in Flagstaff, AZ. You need another 5 just like her!!!

It's hard to trust someone....especially someone you only met and know for a few hours. But she was open and honest and really listened. I don't trust a lot of people outside my blood, married, church or military family, but Terri made it into that small circle of people I truly trust.
