As a Realtor with more than 20 years of Real Estate experience and having lived here in the Middle Georgia area since 1996 and raising my children here. I enjoy working with my Clients, helping them exceed all of their Real Estate needs. I have received the Quality Service Award yearly since 2012, The Emerald Award and The Ruby Award several times for my production. I received Rookie of the Year my first year in Real Estate and am a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club. With a Degree in Architectural Technology, I truly love working in the residential field as well as investment property. I believe in being completely honest and fair in every situation and this is an extension of the CENTURY 21 philosophy; which is delivering a gold standard of excellence to all of my clients. I truly care about my clients and treat them as if they were close friends or family members. Because of this philosophy, I have happy, loyal customers and a wonderful referral business from those who've done business with me in the past.

Buyer reviewTerri worked over 4 months getting this property for us, she went through 2 auction companies bidding for us to get this property. She went out of her way to let us in the property when we wanted to inspect or do walk thru's, as the house we bought was in Marshallville. She explained the bidding process very well and would call us daily with updates. We were very impressed with her professionalism. We would recommend Terri to anyone.

Buyer reviewTerri was able to get us our home warrienty back from the seller; do to all the push backs. Our closing had to be pushed back 3 time and each time we fully informed why, what and how. Terri was always on time at the closing and showing us houses.Being from up North we dont really deal termites or firer ants, Terri informed us on how to get rid of the ants and spray every year for termites. Thank you for your services
