As a Realtor with more than 17 years of Real Estate experience and having lived here for the past 24 years in the Middle Georgia area, I enjoy working with my Clients, helping them exceed all of their Real Estate needs. I have received the Quality Service Award the past 7 years and The Ruby Award several times for my production. I received Rookie of the Year my first year in Real Estate and am a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club. With a Degree in Architectural Technology I truly love working in the residential field as well as investment property. I believe in being completely honest and fair in every situation and this is an extension of the CENTURY 21 philosophy; which is delivering a gold standard of excellence to all of my clients. I truly care about my clients and treat them as if they were close friends or family members. It's hard to trust someone....especially someone you only met and know for a few hours. But she was open and honest and really listened. I don't trust a lot of people outside my blood, married, church or military family, but Terri made it into that small circle of people I truly trust.
