My passion is to help buyers find the homes of their dreams, invest for the future, and for owners to maximize their sales potential. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was a registered nurse specializing in high intensity areas. I bring knowledge and support from this experience, which translates well to my real estate business. I am excited to help people achieve their goals of finding the home that best meets their needs. In working with sellers, I strive to make moving as successful and smooth as possible. I recently was awarded our company's Quality Service Award at our annual service award gathering. I am happy to say that my clients have felt their real estate experience has been exceptional and often refer other friends and family to me. This also includes members of our military services and I am proud that I have had four uncles, a stepfather and a stepbrother who have served over the last several decades.

We relocated to from Miami to Mesa in July, 2018. Terry Bond was referred to us by a relative. Once we began working with Terry, we were able to obtain all of the important elements of both the purchase and, two years later, sale of our home. July 2020
Terry played the role of realtor, pet sitter, house keeper and negotiator. Once it became apparent that our house was in high demand, she set a frenzied pace to the finish line. She was able to ready and show our dog and snake filled home while we worked and, in just two days, we had multiple offers above listing price.
In no time Terry was not only our realtor, but our family friend. She was on top of every aspect of the transfer of our home, coming and going, and answered every one of our countless questions. We really appreciated Terry's calm, professional and fun approach to real estate and life!
Terry was able to sell our home in record time, which was VERY important as we had an arrival date established in Miami. Terry also referred us to a great realtor in Miami, who has been so helpful we've dismissed our previously used south Florida realtor. I would absolutely refer any friends and family to Terry for the sale or purchase of a home. Thank you Terry!!

Terry was great, we enjoyed her professionalism and knowledge. She was so helpful and when asking the seller for things that were in our best interest. She got us out of paying a steep $6k to the HOA before we moved in. She even helped us with some issues after close of our sale. Thanks Terry!!

I know nobody is perfect; BUT, Terry was excellent at all of the above. Any time we had a question, we would either call her or text her and her response was very timely. She was also very patient and understanding. I had never sold a house before and we had this house on the market for 6 months; just prior to getting together with Terry, and it was a horrible, long experience and I would become very frustrated whenever anything would come up. I feel bad because Terry had to take the brunt of my moods; however, she was very patient and understanding. She would always explain why certain things were happening and made sue to let me know that this was a normal part of the long process. The stress going through the sale of the house was much more manageable having someone like Terry by my side.September 2019
I do have to say that Terry went out of her way for us. We were looking for a rental home vs buying another. She asked what was it we were looking for in a rental as well as the area. She took what we said, matched them the best that she could and sent us the listings to see if we were interested; she also sent a link to my daughter to help look as well. Not only did Terry coordinate times to look at the rentals, I feel she went above and beyond when she drove us to see the rentals! I haven't had a realtor ever drive me to places I was looking at; we had always just met there. My overall experience was excellent and I don't think Terry could've done much more to make such a stressful process go so well.

Terry Bond is a personal friend and work mate with one of my sisters and I was pleased to know that she had started selling real estate, as we were planning a huge move from IL to AZ and wanted someone that knew the area we were looking at.May 2018
It has been over 20 years since we purchased a home and in our opinion, Terry went out of the way to show us listings.
I believe we found our forever home, but in the future, if we decide to purchase another home, we will be having Terry again..also, I have a few family members that may be relocating out in AZ and I will recommend Terry to them
