tess was very instrumental in the sale of our home.there were many special problems in our sale.first it was a short sale,then it was a standard sale.we were in the market to purchase a replacement home,so our purchase was contingent on the sale of our home.so tess had to work doubly hard to find us a home and make the sale of our home in pomona. it was a very difficult scenario but tess made it happen although it took a lot longer than we would have liked,but this was not the fault of century 21.we were very stressed during this phase since it took from june to october to complete the sale.tess stuck through it ,so for that we are extremely thankful.
