Buyer reviewMet Theresa last year when we were trying to decide where we wanted to live. She was very helpful even though our first attempt in VA failed. Once we knew we weren't going to build a house in NC, we reached out to Theresa again, and worked out this time. We were very happy she was able to help us out again. She kept the line of communication open, which is important to me. Selling a house can be quite worrisome. Theresa was excellent at staying positive and reassuring to us through the whole process. She was always available for every phone call and question. Excellent customer service! Reliable, open with communication, and positive! Highly recommended!
