Buyer reviewTheresa Ashberry was extremely helpful in the purchase of our home. We had a budget to work with and with the help of the internet we were able to keep tabs on the homes coming on the market and determine if they checked off our boxes. Once Theresa got a feel for what we were looking for she started sending us information on listings as soon as she had something she felt checked off our boxes. This was important as we were coming from over 4 hours away. She was always available even on some long days trying to squeeze in several walk throughs. We have had a chance to speak to some of the locals during and after the purchase and everyone seemed to know her and spoke very well of her and knowledge of the area. We couldn't be happier with Theresa and would highly recommend her services and expertise to any buyer or seller.
