Buyer reviewTheresa was a joy to work with. We live out of town so this poses certain challenges but Theresa was very prompt and responsive to all of our calls and late night emails. She made the process as seamless as possible ensuring that everything was completed on time for the closing. We felt as though we have known her for decades, she is outgoing, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She was very flexible to our needs especially being from out of town. She was a valuable resource to us even when we were struggling to get insurance for the property. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and is the epitome of what customer service should be. She is definitely an asset to your company.

She listened to us and did her best to gain a clear understanding and provide us with accurate and timely responses. Additionally, she was empathetic when challenges popped up, but always provided workable options and was always optimistic. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent. The added bonus to our professional relationship is that we feel we have also gained a lifetime friend.

She was understanding of the situation and quickly gave me feedback on everything that was happening since I live several hours away.
