Honesty, Integrity, and RespectI am very honest, open, and to the point. I treat people how I want to be treated – with respect and the understanding that everyone's time is valuable. I am a trustworthy person who will go out of their way to help others and do everything I can to make sure people understand a problem before addressing it. I have found that a patient conversation up front about expectations, can help me gain a greater understanding, and lead to greater client satisfaction. The more people communicate, the more all parties gain. In previous roles, I have had to communicate in different languages and with different many different cultures. I love working with others to accomplish goals. If I cannot help, I can find someone who can.By leveraging my values I found that patient conversations will be the best way to help me gaining great understanding about my clients and lead to satisfy on finding their homes. Through open and honest communication with my clients, I can fully understand and appreciate their needs and desires. I have found that setting expectations up front are key to a successful transaction. By knowing what my clients expect in a property, I am able to hone in on properties they would find desirable, as well as apply my industry knowledge and insight to protect the interests of my clients. The key to a successful transaction is open and honest communication. Effective communication with clients will challenge all parties involved to be honest not only with me, but also with themselves. By having these conversations, I am able to use my values to understand the values and needs of the client, which will enable me to serve my clients appropriately.One of my greatest accomplishments thus far, has been gaining my Real Estate Broker's License and starting my new career in Real Estate with Century 21 S.G.R. Honesty and integrity – I spent countless hours studying, in order to earn my Real Estate Broker's license, in hope that I would be able to use this knowledge to assist others in Real Estate transactions. I did not study to pass a test, I studied to gain an understanding of the real estate industry, and I continue to learn about this industry to insure my clients have the best knowledge available to make decisions during a transaction.I graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), with a major in English. I also earned my Tour Guide License in Vietnam. I worked as Tour Guide and in the hospitality industry for a decade before I moved to the United States. In previous roles, I handled many escalated situations for high profile clients from U.S, U.K, and Australia. One of my greatest interests is architecture. I appreciate the combination of older buildings and newer design / technology, especially here in Chicago. This love of architecture is what drew me to Real Estate. I love to travel whenever possible; my goal is to visit all 50 states and I'm about 10% of the way there. My husband and I enjoy spending time in nature. On the weekend, we often visit the Morton Arboretum and similar places. During the summer, you may find us camping with our friends, or out on a picnic. I also enjoy cooking. I am always willing to make spring (egg) rolls or Japanese “jiggly” cheese cakes for a gathering.
