Because I do not have an agent, and he has helped me a lot through all the processes. He always keep me updated on the progress during this purchase. Seller reviewTom Apa was great to work with. He was honest helpful and very knowledgeable and knew the Levittown market well. During the sale, we discovered open building permits. Tom helped by recommending electrical and general contractors. That expedited the quick closure of the open permits. Without Toms's knowledge getting to the closure would have taken much longer. Tom worked hard with advertising the property open houses and showings. In the future, if I ever need a real estate agent Tom would be my first choice. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom to my friends and family.

Seller reviewAs a family member I have to say Tom hit the ground running. He is an outstanding agent and made selling our parents house, after their passing, as easy as possible. Tom was highly organized, was always available to answer questions, and streamlined the process as much as possible. He handled determining an appropriate selling price, staging of the house, manning the open houses, tracking down the certificates of occupancy, scheduling Town and Electrical inspections, determining the final oil, water, and electric bills, negotiations with the buyer, final walk through, and the eventual closing. Other than having to physically clean out the house, Tom handled everything else. This made what could have been a nerve racking process, after a family loss, a very manageable one. I highly recommend using Thomas Apa as your Real Estate agent!
