Tom had the pictures done, set-up the appraisal and then the open house. Our house sold in a day. Tom prepared us for the whirlwind that we were about to experience to get the house packed and ready for the closing.October 2015
Tom went above and beyond to assist with the closing. We planned to start our drive to Florida Friday July 10th in the am but the closing was set for 1pm. Tom came up with the idea of us signing over power of attorney to him so we could hit the road early Friday morning to avoid the traffic to get out of Boston. Tom did the signing for us and all went well.
The whole experience of the sale of the house was great with the Tom's assistance. I would highly recommend Tom to any of our friends and family.

We have known the Mario family for many years since their office was once across the street from the house we were selling. We also knew other members of the family who had business in the neighborhood. Tom Mario who I met when we planned to put the house on the market was especially sensitive to the difficulties we faced in trying to effect this transaction from Florida. He did an absolutely wonderful job in allleviating many of the stresses we faced with my husband's ill health and managing to provide solutions for other issues we faced.
