Seller reviewTom was exceptionally professional and helpful in every phase of selling my home. Examples of some of the things Tom did to expedite the sale of my home were: *helped me arrive at an appropriate price point with which I felt comfortable *gave feedback about necessary improvements and repairs (including the things I shouldnt do) *arranged contractors *made some repairs necessary for the closing personally (such as replacing a broken door lock) *managed all the necessary permitting & interactions with the township personally Tom made it possible for me to focus on my employment, my move, and even take a short vacation while feeling confident that the sale of my home was in competant hands. I was impressed with how painless Tom made the sale of my home and I would recommend him without reservation!! Tom was professional enough to easily manage the sale of a million dollar home and never hesitated to roll up his sleeves to assist with any of the hundreds of things you dont anticipate!
