Buyer reviewI was a first time homebuyer. I had zero idea of what I was getting myself into, to the extent of what all small details I didn't realize went into buying a home. Tia was so helpful, patient, and reassuring ever single step of the way. She was able to point out things on some showings that I missed or didn't consider, that would have made an impact on me at a later time. Tia knew what I was looking for better than myself. She guided me and answered any questions I had. She made herself available for me anytime. During my home buying process many things in my personal life changed. Tia was so supportive and empathetic of those things. I couldn't have had a better, more knowledgeable realtor. I would recommend her to anyone.

She seemed just as excited to look at the homes as we were. She put in my ridiculous low offers, worked with the mortgage company, and generally helped us through the entire process.
