Met Gina by chance at a listing I was interested in. It was my first time seeing a property in person. I had been hunting, online only, for about a year. From that point forward, I enjoyed her positive energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and knowlege of the home buying process. I IMMEDIATELY felt, "in the care of", not pushed or taken advantage of. She was gentle, yet ASSERTIVE. As a nurse, and 1st time home buyer, the feeling of genuine comfort, safety, and security were important. We then tackled in person showings / listings together -even through inclement winter weather!! Gina was approachable and attentive at odd hours, (w my schedule),w prompt responsiveness -ALWAYS- never making me feel stupid as a novice client, or out of my wheelhouse.
