Seller reviewKimberly Gomez was an unexpected problem solver. Having had this property for sale for a year or more, I stumbled across her online, contacted her, and she got back to me immediately. She took the time to market the property, very creatively, take pictures, and before a week had even passed, an offer was made. She was incredibly efficient, easy to work with, knowledgable, always available, friendly, and courteous. Very highly recommend her on all levels.

Buyer reviewI initially reached out to 3 real estate companies. I said I would use the person who responded first. Given it was a Sunday, I thought I would not hear from any. The property was one that fit our needs perfectly and I considered it time sensitive. Kimberly responded very shortly after I reached out and was viewing the property with us via facetime within an hour or two. The rest of the process was just as timely and efficient and the outcome was, well, we are the new owners!!! Largely due to Kimberly's fast action.
