With an extensive background in sales and over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, computer hardware/software, laboratory testing, and laboratory billing/information systems I have many unique skills and techniques to help you in your real estate transaction. My past experience is very helpful in my real estate business as I am very innovative and creative in sales and marketing to help sellers to get top dollar for their houses in a quick time frame. Having moved both across town and across state lines I understand the importance of finding the right home and having an knowledgeable real agent. Originally from the Midwest, I have lived in the DFW metroplex (specifically the Keller area) since 2006 and hope to never leave. I am blessed with a wonderful wife, two very energetic little boys, and a very spoiled golden retriever named Charlie. In my free time I enjoy sharing my love for sports with my boys. Buyer reviewTim Goldsberry is the real estate agent you want on your team! He is professional, great negotiator, and a great listener. Tim listens to what your needs and wants are and shows properties that you like and can afford. Not pushy and answers questions honestly. Tim is a great negotiator, was able to purchase our dream house below asking price and helped us get set up with a contractor to start work immediately. (Closed Friday worked started Monday). Great communicator, as we were in one state starting to look at houses, to setting up showing the one day we were in town, to working with my husband in Texas and me in Oregon. We were amazed how easy this transaction was so much less stress and much quicker than previous real estate transactions, and we owe it to Tim for taking care of many of the little details to make our transaction go without a hitch. Recommending Tim Goldsberry to family, friends and strangers! :)

He is definitely professional and knows what he is doing. I will refer my family and friends to him and if I am ever in need of a realtor for myself he's my guy!! I was closed in less than a month and it was a blessing. I'm a widow trying to make the mortgage on just my income and it had gone up almost $200. Everything was faster than I ever thought it would be and I had my funds in my account the next day. I can now breathe a big sigh of relief. Everyone who is selling or buying a home should have a Tim Goldsberry!!!
