Tim is a great guy, I will definitely be calling him with any real estate needs in the future. Even though this purchase was basicaly done before I met Tim, he made it more comfortable to move forward and handle the transaction. Once I met Tim in person at the closing he gave me the sense of trustworthy i would want with anyone handling my money and investments. Just an all around good guy. We will probably have drinks one day, on me ! If you need anyone in the real estate world I highly recommend using Tim Seay

Tim Seay let us know about Century's helpful (no cost) assigning one of their office staff members to anyone buying a house from them to help with the somewhat awkward job of arranging the utilities and services for the new house....We were coming in from S. Carolina to the new house without having seen it first and were glad to have their help with getting the utilities set up in advance. They also arranged for us to sign the house papers with the internet so we didn't need to make a second trip to Tennessee.
