Tim Seay is a wonderful agent who is quite familiar with the region and is very experienced in selling "raw land". He was excellent throughout our process, going beyond what one would normally expect in order to make the sale. We can't say enough good things about his real estate abilities but to also have an agent of good character is, for us, paramount. He has always been a good listener and is a trusted real estate advisor. We fully expect him to help us find just the right retirement home. It will likely take some time to find a suitable replacement for the house we had planned to build but he has demonstrated the tenacity and perseverance needed for the task. We look forward to working with him again!

Tim understands the Blount county area and this helped immensely in this purchase. Tim was very knowledgeable and guided us throughout the process. Even though we are experience in buying a home (this was our 4th home purchase) Tim made the process very easy and handled many details such as the inspector and closing. This allows us to keep to our busy work schedules and not be stressed over the purchase.
