Tim stuck in there when we thought we had the property sold twice but had buyers unexpectedly back out. The property was a vacation rental and Tim worked around our guest schedules. Through his suggestions we made decisions that ultimately led to the sale for more than we had agreed to in the first two contract offers. Thanks Tim!!!
