Without Tim the sell would have never happen. After the death of my Dad, Tim and the entire team was a great support to me to liquidate the house and all other property.

Timothy new his areas and homes very well, And he always had a funny jester he would throw at you just a pleasant man.I would recommend Timothy fiest to everyone because he never meets a stranger and a very straight up guy. If I ever buy again Timothy fiest will be my Realtor.
