Tim Wojtala goes above and beyond in every aspect. My wife and I began searching dor a home in quite uncertain times due to Covid-19. It made us difficult to view homes and have the process move along. However with Tim by our side he made this search as easy as can be. On top of it all Tim stayed on top of every single person along the way to help the process be as efficient as possible. He has made a stressful situation filled with joy, laughter, and relief. Finding us the perfect home to raise our coming son. At all times of the day or night he is accessible! With quick responses that a clear and helpful. On top of his professionalism and knowledge of the housing market and housing locations, he is beyond patient. Tim took his time and never once rushed us on anything and truly cared about us being happy. He never wanted us to buy a home or push us into a more expensive home for more of a payoff for him. He made sure we where comfortable with the price and used extensive knowledge to have us give appropriately priced bids. I would recommend Tim to litteraly anyone. If I where 21st Century, I would strongly consider looking into every avenue it takes to make sure he is happy and keep him employed with your company. He is a one in a million. A Diamond in the rough to be describe as prestigious, elite, and influential. I needed someone who cared about us. Who put us first and could read us to find us or perfect home. That person is Tim.
