Buyer reviewTim was referred to us by a family member. I can't speak high enough of Tim. He is friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and over all an easy going guy. His knowledge in the area and in real-estate is impeccable. I have been more than satisfied with the service that Tim provided. He listened to the the items that I liked in homes as well as the items I was not too thrilled about. I remember there were a two homes that we went through where you stand there and think what in the world is/was going on here. Tim would lean in before the thought could even fully process in my brain and say "this isn't the home for you." Ya know what, he was right. He would always say "you will feel it in your gut if the home is the right one for you." He was right, the one I settled on was indeed the one where I felt that yes this is the one. I can't say enough good things about Tim. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and attentive to your needs then Tim is your guy.

No matter what time of day, or question we had about the process, he was always quick to respond and explain it in a way that we would understand. He was fantaatic! He helped with my nerves when I was getting overwhelmed over the whole process and was very open to addressing any concerns I had with different properties. He was always flexable with times to look at houses (the house we bought was a last minute walk through he set up). Super knowledgeable and kind. Tim was just simply fantastic. I can't rave enough...
